What if snow in September becomes the new norm? All production practices will need to be shifted and optimized and grain storage practices are no exception. Dealing with tough grain in the bins requires careful management and results in higher costs, meaning these practices need to be as efficient as possible. This presentation will cover some management basics for natural air drying with supplemental heat with a focus on optimization of drying duration and costs.
